Children and Young People’s Counselling
If what’s affecting you is worrying about the mental health and wellbeing of a child or young person in your immediate family, Our Time for You counsellors can help. They provide a safe space for children and young people aged 7-18 to talk about and better cope with the challenges they’re facing. This can include issues around anxiety, self-esteem, friendships, relationships and bullying or changes in the family such as separation, parenting, conflict or loss. Depending on the age of the child a parent may be involved in the initial assessment and take part in before and after evaluation.
